Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Pros: The room is suitable for a small family, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking facilities. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. The city view is stunning, especially at night. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: The lift tends to be a bit slow during peak hours, particularly during check-in and check-out.

Clean and convenient
Pros: The rooftop pool a gym are great. The property seems brand new and it’s cool that they have a drinking water tap.
Cons: When we arrived we couldn’t access the room where our key was kept and no one in the reception area or security seemed to know any way to access the room. We had to wait 20 minutes to access the key. There aren’t enough lifts for the number of rooms in the building resulting in queues forming at peak times.

Great Location and perfect for a short stay.
Pros: Key collection was pretty straightforward, although when I approached the person who I knew was waiting for me to tell him my name, he waved me off, I then waited 10 mins until he approached me and asked for my name. Was a little clunky but otherwise no issue.
Cons: The lifts are super slow, so just make sure you budget in some extra time to get places. The pool was unfortunately closed due to emergency maintenance Nov 25. But that can't be helped.

A night @ The Riv
Pros: High floor unit with spectacular city view and pool, enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to NU Sentral and nearby places. Have parking lot within the property which is great!!
Cons: Waiting time for lifts at peak time during chk-in period. To improve the service for check-in process with detailed instruction.

Pros: I enjoy my stay for 3 days 2 night. Hence, I add one more night there.
Cons: I doesn't like how they can built only 4 lift for 54 floor? it really take time to use the lift

Overall pretty good
Pros: + Super comfy clean room + AC/fan worked great + Free access to gym/pool area/work centre + Good location for transport links and restaurants + Kitchenette had everything you needed + Good value
Cons: - check-in/checkout was harder than it needed to be - cash deposit awkward - admin staff disorganised (but responsive to be fair) - building can be busy with lifts / communal facilities - after about a week in the first room it had an electric fault and I had to change rooms, 2nd room was way better than the first - no shared entrance, no weird smell, much better view on a higher floor. So will kind of depend on what room you get.

Over my expectation - quiet area, comfort room/bed, great location. Many plus points.
Pros: The room cleanliness, the interior design, the bathroom & kitchen locations. The view outside the window, especially at night. The view from level 53A (roof top), extremely beautiful + the pool. The location is perfect, very close to the Tun Sambathan monorail station. Alternatively, 5 minutes walk to the KL Sentral (KL Main station), a big shopping mall (NU Sentral) and various restaurants. A mosque is also nearby for muslims (about 100 meters away). The room is very quiet. The bed with clean and and comfy mattress and 4 (!) fluffy pillows. And the best is the projector screen on the wall opposite bed, perfect position and picture and sound quality is very good. Cons: The check-in process could be easier. I arrived and realised I needed to submit all sort of documents via WhatApp (which I thought was a bit dodgy). I then had to wait for verification to be done - it's not great having to deal with a WhatsApp \

Cons: pool is already closed at 7pm check-in and check-out process is a little anoying
