Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. I had good rest for 3 nights. Easy access to parking and mall across the street. The pool rooftop were huge and they have kids pool and gym as well. The person in charge on WhatsApp, Miss Angel was such a great assistant. She had responded well to every messages. Surely will book again for this property

Cons: The pantry sink took long time to get drained and were leaking. Told the person in charge and the management will take care of it. The microwave didn’t have glass plate and use metal rack only. The metal rack somehow made my food container chipped. Hope the management will replace the glass plate 😅

Superb facility.

Pros: The unit is specious. Clean. WiFi is stable that makes watching YouTube enjoyable. The bathroom is big and surprisingly have a bathtub. Check in check out was easy. Now waiting for the security deposit refund.

Pros: Close to my workplace, clean, new, bathroom with bathtub, view was okay.

Cons: It will be great if there are hangers. Awesome air-cond but having at least a small fan will be good too so people won't just rely on air-cond

I'm ok with the services but for the next time I'm more prefer to deal with the hotel management.

Pros: Everything included the professionalism company management.

Cons: 1. Parking make me scared especially for late nite. 2. No staff stayed at the receptionist, just imagine if guests faced the problem during check in. 3. Deposit should pay through booking.com platform or PIC during check in due awareness to the scammer. Pay to the company through wassup conversation make me feel unsafe.
