Very good

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host was very approachable and easy to deal with. She attended our request as soon as possible.

Cons: They only provide 1 access card

Good value for money. Definitely can come and stay again with family

Pros: The property is comfortable to stay. Everything’s good here, the staff was friendly to answer questions .

Cons: The bidet in one of the bathroom was broken. But not a big deal for that. Not sure why does the floor a little sticky when we first go in. We did another round of mopping and that helps.

Pros: Big room, great bathroom (just don't forget to turn on the warm water with a magic button), washing machine with the dryer, both pools were amazing.

Cons: Locality is a bit stretch (walking to MTR is a bit difficult, you have to cross the highway, but you can walk through national library and then use the pedestrian walkaway above to the Metro C exit). No cleaning. There are no instructions about what to do with the garbage (although there are many warnings that you will pay penalty if you throw your garbage outside the room). The stuff was not so helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, since its clean, comfy & convinient coz its within golden triangle area.

Pros: Despite being the 1st guests to stay at d unit, I must say, it was very comfortable & im quite sure my kids really enjoyed d facilities there esp d pool. We’re happy & wish to come back soon.

Cons: Since im not provided with a parking lot, paying rm20 for a day, is quite expensive.

Decent apartment but poor location

Pros: Nice views, spacious apartment. Great response times from the staff to handle various issues that came up.

Cons: The location of this apartment is terrible - you will need a taxi to get to/from this place, otherwise if walking you will have to cross a highway to get to the nearest metro station and then switch metro lines again at the next station. Walking all the way to KLCC is more difficult, especially when it is raining and the sidewalks get flooded. If you want to walk in KL stay in Bukit Bintang, Chow Kit or Chinatown. Avoid all newly built areas, they have no infrastructure. There were a few issues with the apartment but the staff handled them well.
