Pros: The room itself was lovely, the space for us as a family was great. The hotel lobby had a little shop which was convenient and it had a pool which was a great addition for the kids.

Great time in KL and would stay at Scarletz again
Pros: The view from our window (30th floor) was amazing. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tub also had an amazing view. My children spent many hours in the pool. The room was clean and quiet. Shower had good pressure with hot water (provided you turned on the water heater 10 mins beforehand). Excellent wifi connection. Easy key collection and hosts were very helpful. Secure place to store luggage (for 5 ringgit) after we checked out, as our flight out was very late in evening.
Cons: Charging 50 ringgits for an early check in (noon rather than 3pm) feels a bit unwelcoming, especially as the room was ready. Why not just let the guests in early if this is the case? Swimming pool needs more sun lounges - there were only enough for 8-10 people. The hot tub is not very hot! Also there is an odd rule (strictly enforced) that no-one can be in the water if it is raining. I understand having this rule if there is a thunderstorm, but why do this for a light drizzle? It would be useful to have a small information sheet in the room with, for example, closest restaurants, best route to walk to twin towers, etc.

Pros: Close to Petronas Towers. Room is spacious and clean. Perfect view from the Sky Pool. Staff is responsive and helpful.

Nice rooms, well equipped place.
Pros: Rooms, gyms, pool all well equipped. The restaurant t in the hotel was surprisingly nice. Location was good for us, but depends on what you want in the city.
Cons: The elevators can take quite long. The room did not smell very nice on arrival. After keeping the airconditioning on the smell was much better.

Good place for money, good facilities
Pros: Good location, good facilities. Great that there is a washing machine in the room, very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfy and spacious.
Cons: Staff couldn’t help us book a rental scooter, hotel didn’t provide this but staff didn’t have any recommendations either (which I think atleast they should know some places). Pool already closes at 22.00 which is a pity if you like to unwind after a busy day.

Pros: View of the pool is wonderful, after long walks in the City swimming in cold water was very relaxing, ın the room everything can be found hairdryer, iron and table, water purifier.

Pros: The room exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious for four people. The room had complete amenities from TV, microwave oven, ref, the usual kitchen utensils, dining area, washing machine, flat iron. They changed towels on the fourth day of our stay. The room also had two aircons and the beds were very comfy. There were also complimentary coffee and tea on the first day. The room had a water filtering machine so we can get water anytime. We were very happy that we were able to find a hotel at our budget price that really exceeded our expectations.
Cons: There is no separator in the bathroom for the toilet and the shower so the toilet area can get slippery as well, but we didnt mind at all.

Nice but miserable
Pros: The location. Strategic. The room space. So big. The view. Mesmerising. The cooking tools. Complete w pan & spatula. Got washing machine (wash & dry). Tv got Netflix (your own account) Have cuckoo!
Cons: Lift and parking. Was so frustrated waiting for the lift and also the parking so limited. And you need to pay RM5 per ENTRY! Its inconvenience. I stayed at level 23 and need to go G level to validate my parking (pay RM5) and then wait for the lift again to go to parking.

Fantastic and safe holidays in Malaysia
Pros: The hotel is near the Twin tower and it has the fantastic view , the room has washing machine, the iron , the electromagnetic stove , the swimming pool has the best view and the massage pool . Other travel people stay there is nice and polite.
