Pros: The location being just 10 mins from klcc and the price for the space.

Cons: Cleanliness can be improved behind the bed and sofa.

Pros: I love the bed ,its comfy. The location is near to klcc . The staff is friendly 😊😊

Cons: The dryer, i need to wait 2hrs and the clothes still wet

Great location and comfortable stay.

Pros: We've stayed in the building many times and it really is (in our opinion) one of the best locations. It's backs onto Eat Street for quick and delicious food, and is a short walk via the elevated platforms to both Pavilion shopping centre, the Aquarium and to the Twin Towers.

Cons: Fan in living room was a little noise but not really an issue. The building is showing its age a little but there appears to be some renovations going on and our room was excellent.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the location was excellent—close to pubs, eateries, and plenty of convenience stores. The area felt safe to walk around even late at night, with 24-hour security and well-lit streets. The staff were efficient and attentive, promptly addressing our requests.

Cons: Maybe it was located at the city central, called Grab take 15-20mins to reach as the traffic in the area were heavy during office hours.

Pros: Really good with acceptable price. Staff really helpful and all complains stat settled.

Cons: Maybe can provide staff attend with customers once the customer arrive for check in, to look around the room and detect if any issues there during customer stay cation

It was a great location and a comfortable, well appointed room at a good price.

Pros: fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and well appointed. All the appliances worked and were in reasonable condition. The hosts were responsive to issues and questions. The security access (facial recognition) worked well at the entry and the elevators. A/C worked well.

Cons: The facilities were visibly old and looked dated. I had issues with my entry card for the room which took a few days to fix - so I was reliant on the host to unlock the room whenever I needed to enter, which meant I was often waiting 10 to 15 minutes for them arrive and open the door.

Wonderful location and host. Happy to recommend and stay again.

Pros: We loved the location and responsiveness of the hosts. Easy check-in process, and good room sizes. Rooms were comfortable and had all the essential facilities to make it feel like home.

Cons: Minor maintenance needed in bathroom but these were more cosmetic, and didn't affect our stay.

Enjoyable stay, the property had a homey feel

Pros: The property was very cosy, neatly kept and easily accessible, loved the fact that there was a washing machine to wash our clothes, made our travels that more enjoyable.

Love the place and the location

Pros: We absolutely loved this place! Location and the flat is great, close to the Petronas towers and underground lines. It’s such a gorgeous place and the rooftop pool is amazing! The check in process is quick & easy. If we had questions the staff answered and helped right away.

Cons: Please improve the cleaning process a bit, because we found some hairs in the bathroom and in the living room, but we didn’t really care, because we loved the place! :)
