Excellent location and staff assistance

Pros: Great location close to malls and KLCC. Bright and spacious. Staff was very responsive. Easy check in/out.

Cons: It would be nice to have different units in different booking options, there are photos from several units so you don’t know which one you will end up with. We could hear motorcycles in the middle of the night even with the windows closed. It would be nice if hand towels and laundry detergent were provided.

Super nice and modern apartment in the city center of KL

Pros: Awesome apartment in the city center of KL. A few minutes walking from the Petronas Towers and pretty close to the Monorail station Bukit Nanas. The views from the balcony are impressive. It's quite easy and quick to check-in and out.

A comfortable studio in great location

Pros: Big studio with a comfortable bed. Amazing view! Everything you need to make yourself at home for a few days - tea and coffee, washing machine, cutlery and crockery, good wifi etc. The hosts offer housekeeping. The gym and pool facilities were good too. Location is great, an easy walk to KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers.

Cons: Cleaning could have been more thorough - it was clean, but there was a toothbrush behind the sink and hair ties in the shower that weren’t ours! We also had to put all our food in the fridge as tiny insects got into food in the cupboard. But all in all a good stay in KL 😊

Pros: Great flat with uncomplicated key handover. In addition, coffee and tea available, which was a big plus.

Cons: It might have been useful if the person handing over the keys had spoken English. We also didn't realise that we had to pay a deposit when we were handed the keys.
