Pros: the room is clean. the facilities (gym and swimming pool) are great. the hosts are super helpful and easy to reach. please give them a call and boom 5min later there he is. It's really easy to deal with no need ic or whatsoever. oh, and you have to pay directly to the host and they only need your card info for booking. overall smooth check-in/check-out, great location, massive and clean room, great bed shower toilet got 2 room cards too! this is by far the best host! yall better book from this host 👍

Pros: We are a premier guest at Berjaya Hotel since last 25 years.On this particular dates 8/9 september 2024 we also checked in at Berjaya Times Square Hotel.Since our last minute request for additional room at BTS Hotel not available, we have decided to book a unit at BTS Resident. Pros: Everything. As told by other reviewers, this apartment has fulfilled all the criteria needed to be the best homestay. From the helpful assistant (Ahmed) to the facilities in the apartment itself. Even though the sofa looks a little bit old and the TV cabinet side door is ready to drop at any time, who cares when the pillow and the bed are super comfortable and clean. I love this place very much. Thank you. Nothing.

Worn-down apartment but ok appliances and good location

Pros: * Location. Apartment is a suite in Berjaya Times Square, a huge mall. Mall has grocery store, restaurants, 7-11, etc. About 300m walk to Bukit Bintang. * Appliances. There was fridge, electric kettle, a few dishes. * Gym was surprisingly ok. 2 working treadmills and some basic lifting equipment, with AC and gym towels. * The view. It is not, as advertised, \

Cons: * Check in and out. I was not told where to meet (East Lobby) and had to message someone when I arrived, but I didn't have a SIM card yet. Had to ask a guard to call for me. Check out, we agreed via WhatsApp that I would check out at 09.00 but the guy didn't come until 09.40. * WiFi: Absolutely terrible. 0.3 MBs on the room wifi. I was given access to a different wifi, which was closer to 2 MBs, but still not great. * Very run-down if you're used to Western hotels. Stains on a lot of bedding, severe water damage and mold in the bathroom, a fuse box with suspicious smoke stains, etc. Things didn't always work first try, but Mr. Mizanut was very responsive when I needed something fixed.

Pros: It exceed my expectations. My god I would love to come back to stay there. The bed really comfy and it make me want to buy the bed. I do really check the brand of the bed🤣🤣.. everything is good and I promise to come again

Cons: When we want to return the key to check out, we wait like 30 minutes. Waiting for the staff to take our key and gave back the deposit. Hope you guys can fix it. Just this one and everything is excellent
