Great value stay with excellent location, responsive service, and a comfortable, well-equipped unit.

Pros: Loved the decor and overall environment. The location is genuinely excellent. Lot 10 is truly a 5-minute walk (not the fake “walking distance” people claim), with a 24/7 7-Eleven and mamak right downstairs. MRT is about 5–10 minutes after reaching Lot 10. Customer service was very clear, responsive, and easy to deal with. Facilities were sufficient and practical, including an ironing board and hairdryer.

Cons: There was a slight smell in the bathroom, but it wasn’t strong or unpleasant and didn’t affect the stay. It definitely didn’t outweigh the positives or the value for the price.

Pros: Very near with mall and mrt very strategic place to live in.

Cons: I think for me u need to add more bed. Some people dont really like to sleep on the floor.

Pros: The host had prepared complimentary tea and coffee and a water filter. The house is clean. The amenities were complete. The house also smells good.

Cons: Everything about the stay is absolutely awesome. Just had a hard time opening the main door due to the keyhole. But everything is okay.
