Spacious Unit with Great Views
Pros: Our stay was a very enjoyable one thanks to the clean, modern layout of the apartment, complete with high quality furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the mornings, and the best part was definitely the building’s facilities, from the Olympic sized swimming pool to the well equipped gym and the jogging track surrounded by greenery, it really felt like a mini resort in the middle of KL. The location was also a big plus, as we were able to walk to Sunway Velocity Mall in under 10 minutes and even hop on the MRT Cochrane station to get to Bukit Bintang in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent transit access and shopping
Pros: We really enjoyed how walkable and transit friendly this place is. The enclosed covered walkway to Maluri MRT or LRT makes commuting in rain easy, and Velocity Mall, AEON, IKEA and MyTown are all very reachable, shopping, dining, entertainment all close by so you can spend many evenings out without long travel. The unit has lots of windows so daylight floods in, the views are good, interiors clean and modern.

Cozy Stay with Superb Location
Pros: The unit was well furnished, very clean and ideal for a short city break, with all the essentials provided like towels, toiletries, cooking utensils and even a washing machine and the building’s security was top notch with guards and access control at every entrance, plus the location near AEON Maluri and MRT made it super easy to move around.

Perfect for City Convenience
Pros: We loved our stay at M Vertica because the apartment was clean, modern and spacious with comfortable beds, a strong air conditioner in each room, and a well equipped kitchen, and the building itself felt like a mini resort with a massive Olympic sized swimming pool, children’s playground, and beautiful landscaped gardens. The location was perfect with Sunway Velocity and Cochrane MRT just a short walk away.
Cons: We had a small hiccup during check-in as the access card took some time to be activated for the lift, but once that was sorted, everything else went smoothly.

Impressive Infrastructure
Pros: Interiors quiet with good sound insulation and daytime facilities pool, gardens, gym are very pleasant and often not crowded. The views particularly the skyline towards KL city centre are lovely as the sun sets. Walking in the lawns and garden spaces is refreshing after days of sightseeing. Very convenient location, close to Maluri station, shopping malls, international schools etc.
Cons: Finding a covered parking spot close to your lift lobby can require circling or arriving early

Gorgeous Facilities
Pros: It was an excellent choice of stay in KL. The unit was clean, well designed with lots of natural light thanks to large windows, excellent air conditioning and a view of the KL skyline that felt especially dramatic at dusk. The building amenities are plentiful. There's a large facilities and podium deck that includes jogging & cycling tracks, outdoor fitness zones, children’s playground, wading pool, leisure pool, swimming pool, a gym, tennis or basketball courts, yoga deck, sun lounges and plenty of gardens & seating lounges. Security is good, 24 hours, with CCTV, intercom and a community app that gives notices, etc. The location is super convenient, just walking distance to the Maluri MRT or LRT interchange, very close to Sunway Velocity mall, IKEA, MyTown Cheras and major highways giving easy access to Bukit Bintang or KLCC.
Cons: My only small complaints are that the kitchen utensils collection is modest, just a few pots and pans and minimal “extras”, no proper wok or large saucepan, so cooking big meals is less convenient.
