Pros: We loved everything from the great kitchen and the wonderful washing machine to the comfortable bed and pillows and the view over the city was out of this world. The large smart tv looked great though we were too busy to use it we would give this apartment 11 out of 10 and highly recommend it to everyone,

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The view from the room was absolutely superb. It's also in a prime location, within walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10, and TRX. Definitely great value for money—I'll be coming back again!\

An Airbnb that needs improvement

Pros: 3 mins walk to Pavilion KL is good location. The room is small but reasonably clean. View was good especially from the small swimming pool. Communication was prompt.

Cons: Lift could be slow sometimes. The building security guards were not friendly. The fact that suddenly there was no luggage keeping service after check out made it very inconvenient for us. The management should consider this service as crucial.

Pros: Very good location. Privacy and secured. Close to kedai mamak 24,hours and convenient store.

Cons: No microwave provided. Too many pandas in small space

Pros: We loved the pool area, and we loved our view. The bed was comfortable . Friendly staff at the door and check in.

Cons: No hot water for the shower. Not enough toliet paper.

The stay was GREAT!

Pros: I find everything about the room itself very satisfactory. They are very clean. The instruction for key collecting was detailed. The view was GORGEOUS! The location? Totally great! The owner was very helpful in my inquiries even though we only chatted in Booking apps.

Cons: The lifts. This is very much out of the owner's hand but may this be forwarded to the upper management of the building or be a warning if you are unable to wait. The lifts were very problematic in a sense that sometimes they skipped the floor altogether even though we had made sure the card was read (greenlighted, chime sounds). When it was peak hours.....fuh, sabar itu wajib!

Pros: Lovely room with fab views over KL and infinity pool was great

Cons: The entrance to hotel was around the back streets so not very nice.

Pros: it was not mentioned in booking.com that there would be email regarding the key handling. we were stressed by arrival. Fortunately we could reach the owner and got clear instruction to handle the key.

Cons: The information in booking.com is not clear about the key handling and etc.

Pros: Great location! next door is a little restaurant with nice local food, supercheap! We were on the 40th floor with great views of the high-rises. Level 37 is a pool and saunas, gym.

Cons: Nothing. It was just a new experience to have to wait for a lift to get you up to the appartment.
