Pros: Location, comfortable, clean, easy check-in and check-out process.

Cons: Unclear instruction on which lobby to access from the parking lot. And the parking lot is dark (not too safe for solo traveller). And the access card need to be tapped few times in the lift for it to be working.

Pros: Very well maintained condo. All facilities from bed, couches, kitchen items, bath rooms were kept tidy and spic and span

Pros: Great location close to MRT so you can get to all sides of KL quickly and comfortably. The building is well kept,with attentive staff in the lobby. Ordering food and getting grab too and from the building was very simple and easy

Cons: Instructions for the lift were not so clear and we ended up in the wrong lobby for our room. But this was quickly figured out

Pros: The room is big and clean. The location is ok. Near to the big shopping mall.

Cons: First checking in can be confusing. However, using the instructions sent via the chat is still ok. Just need to show it to the taxi or the grab driver.

Worth it Comfortable Stay

Pros: The host is very helpful guiding us through check in and out, the apartment was very comfortable and well taken care of. The pool and garden is also nice. Overall very satisfied. Parking was also provided. Very near to the new TRX Mall.overall is good and comfortable please main will come back in future thanks

Pros: The property has a good location and convenience to go anywhere indeed. The setting is beautiful and simple. However: 1: It will be better if there are some mirrors installed or placed in the living room or bedrooms so that we do not depend for the mirrors in the toilet to dress up as it is so inconvenience to wait for others as we can dress up while waiting for others who are using the toilets. 2. It will be good to have the bath mats/rugs or bath runners in front of both toilets and not the kind of waterproof mats as it do not absorb water and made the feet wet coming out from the toilet. I had my mother fell in front of the common toilet as the mat provided do not dry the feet and the floor was slippery. It was indeed lucky that she did not hit her head or break any bones but left her with bruises.

Cons: The lifts for the stack/blk that we stayed were terrible as only 1 lift was working most of the time. Really had to wait between 10 - 15 mins to get to the ground floor as it had to serve level 1 - 60. Since only 1 lift working so many residents were waiting at their level too and the lifts were crowded so had to wait long time for your turn to get in. The other lift were shut at certain level and had no idea why the manangement had to shut them off during peak period of the day. When asked the security guards they just shrugged their shoulders.

Pros: Meet Kelvin at lobby. Friendly & attended all my needs urgently. Room is super clean, air-cond is functioning well. Location is very near to TRX & metro station. Overall enjoy my stay. Will recommend to family & friends

Easy clean and very affordable - close to KL city centre

Pros: Clean property with straightforward instructions to access etc.

Pros: The location of the apartment is just amazing. The building is quite new and so all the facilities in good condition. The host was very active and responsive.

Cons: As it still has ongoing construction works, it is noisy and smells like cigarette smoke. Also there are plenty of small flies in the apartment.
