Gem of a place…

Pros: This accommodation has it all. A fabulous place with everything to enjoy from incredible views, comfortable living (home away from home), great location (walking distance to shops and food) value for money and great facilities.

Cons: Loved everything - nothing to dislike.

Oasis amongst bustle

Pros: This is a very clean and perfectly presented oasis amongst the hot, steamy bustle of KL. Brilliant location and offering a spectacular view of the city. All amenities, including little details like washing powder for the washing machine , dozen 1.5 litre bottles of water and free Netflix made our stay delightful. Highly recommended!!

Cons: Nothing.

Great place to stay if you are not in a rush

Pros: Great location. Convenient amenities nearby and some interesting stores in the nearby mall. Found some interesting arts and crafts from that mall that we would not have found if we didnt stay here.

Cons: The lift situation leave a lot to be desired. There are only 4 lifts servicing 40+ floors and sometimes you would be waiting for 10-15 minutes only for the lift to be full and you wait again.

Excellent stay in the heart of KL

Pros: Location was excellent, apartment was spacious and clean, and the wifi was fast. The facilities were great too; really enjoyed using the gym and the pool was lovely too.

Pros: Timely response from the in charge. Clean and spacious. More than enough of pillows, blankets, toilet rolls, shampoo, body wash, towels etc. Late check out has been granted.

Cons: The laundry capsules don't work well, most of them sticked together. No soapy or no fragrance even I put 2 capsules in 1 load.

Pros: Everything. Clean rooms, great view. Good location. There are decent shops and restaurants just outside the building. Very clear and good communication from the owner.

Excellent experience

Pros: From start to finish the host was very welcoming and responsive. Even got us a brand new high chair for our baby. The view is also amazing as looking right at the Menara tower. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities required for a family stay. The facilities and area of the Robertson are very good as well. Would highly recommend.

Cons: Very strict guards at the swimming pool. Ridiculous swimming pool rules.

We liked staying here very much and hope to stay here next time

Pros: Location was great in the heart of BBCC. Close to shopping malls and night market. Room was excellent, with all the facilities even the rice coocker. The administration provided detergent capsules for washing machine. The view was amazing and we could use the open air pool and fitness center.
