Fantastic apartment in modern high rise in the middle of KLCC

Pros: Fantastic location smack in the middle of KLCC only 5 minutes from Petronas towers and KLCC Park. Great views from the apartment itself which is on the 23rd floor. Perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay up to 4 people. Shay was an excellent host.

Cons: Bathroom could be a bit bigger as we were 4 people staying but the rest is making up for it

Pros: The location is very convenient, all you need is just a few meters away and you can see twin towers from your window!! But the best thing is Shai, the person in charge of this place who is lovely, so dedicated and helpful!!

Cons: Just to say something to don't give a 10, maybe refresh a bit the decorations of the apartment

Nice apartment and ideal location

Pros: The property was located in an ideal location. We had good view of klcc. The host Shay was extra attentive to all the needs. He was very quick to resolve any issues that occurred.

Pros: The room is very clean, suitable for family with young children. Th host is very helpful and friendly. Unit is quiet with high security. The location is convenient for travellers. A lot of food is available within walking distance. KLCC is within walking distance.

Cons: The ramp in parking is very narrow. Easily get scratched.

Pros: well presented overall, and facilities in apartment were useful for our group, with washing machine, lounge room. great view, and very pleasant, helpful and attentive host in Shay

Cons: unfortunately our internet went down after one day. Shay was quickly on to the problem, which turned out to be the providers issue, but unfortunately it was not repaired for the rest of our 4 day stay. hopefully a one off issue as it did impact our stay. the bathroom had a minor leakage problem and the clothes dryer did not work. neither of these issues were particularly bothersome to us, and Shay undertook to have them attended to after our departure.

The property is good but not meet my expectation. But still i give 7/10

Pros: The location. Really in the middle of the city. Easy access.

Cons: 1st. The dryer not function maybe owner can replace the new one. Since we staying almost a week, we need our laundry to be dry. The washing machine is there but you don’t have place to dry tue laundry. 2. The pool is private so when you stay here you need to pay extra/daily pass if you wanted to go to the pool even just to chill not to swim. 3. The main lobby does not provided with waiting area. If you want to wait grab car or anything you need to stay outside (stand up) Staying here for 1 or 2 nights might be okay.. but for long stay need to think twice..
