Excellent would recommend people and even stay there again myself

Pros: Location and friendly security guards and very clean

Cons: Shower drains. They would overflow when having a shower.

Good value for money, shower issues, recommend

Pros: Location is the best, a big apparment, beds are comfortable, two bathrooms, easy checking in and out.

Cons: Shower drainage initially didn't work, shower leaked water into rest of the bathroom, mould on the ceiling and loud street noises from the windows. However, great value for money overall.

Really good and would recommend

Pros: Excellent communication is regards to finding the property and collecting keys / room access details. Room was very nice and balcony was absolutely huge which was great to at times just watch the craziness that KL's. Would have no issues staying at this hotel and in the same room should a return to KL.

Cons: Will sound weird but the closest 7/11 was a little walk away. Probably just me but I do go to 7/11 alot after tours all day just for drinks and snacks. Not anything really bad to say about this property or rooms

Fabulous property with all the amenities. Superb host.

Pros: Location is convenient. The property itself is beyond expectation, very clean and comfortable,fabulous decor and spacious. Great communication with host. Fuss free transactions.

Pros: location was great, very easy for ride hailing. room was great too, very comfortable. check-in was easy and convenient.

Cons: slight minus in that the shower area is not walled off within the toilet so the floor gets very wet. also another small that there's no reception to help with luggage storage if you arrive before check-in time (only an unwatched small corridor to leave your stuff at your own risk)

Pros: The flat was in excellent condition, boasting a well-equipped kitchen. The TVs were amazing. The clear communication and instructions made everything seamless. The location was just right for Bukit Bintang. Truly one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in recent years, so highly recommends!
