Agile Bukit Bintang TRX by Dormeo Destinations

Pros: Very new & clean, cosy, comfortable, convenient location.

Cons: There are small cockroach & it has smell if ventilation is not on.

Pros: Very convenient, walking distances to TRX and Bukit Bintang.

Cons: The management staff did not communicate well internally. When I checked in, I was asked to collect the access card at Block C2. I was given the access card under Ayatt Hotel and the room was allocated in Block B. But when I checked out and wanted to return the access card two days later, another management staff came and told me that the access card was not theirs. He asked me to wait at the lobby and he wanted to investigate. After almost 10minutes of waiting, I called him and told him that I just wanted to return the access card. He could find out whose mistake later as I had done full payment to Booking.com. He was rude when I passed the access card to him.

Pros: Place was nice near trx shopping mall, well furnished, staff was well behaved we met a tall handsome guy. He helped me to check in

Cons: Lift was slow.

Great apartment and location but they need to have a cleaning service for stays of more than a couple of days

Pros: The apartment was amazing, very clean and bright. Location was also very good, short walk to Pavillion everything that Bukit Bintang had to offer. The staff we contacted got check in/out were polite and efficient

Cons: No cleaning of the apartment for the 5 days we were there, we had to wash the towels ourselves.

Pros: Location is good. Near trx shopping mall. Staff had good behaviour Mr Radoan helped us for check in. Overall it was nice place to stay.

Cons: Toilet got bad smell. Cleaning not good. We find hair on our bed and carpet not vacuumed.

Pros: The apartment was clean and big. The location was really good, near to restaurants. Arabic restaurant was also nearby which was really convenient for us. The view was good. Security was good, there was a 24hr security guards in the main entrance.

Cons: I booked this room because it included a free airport pickup. I even selected the pickup time and what the welcome sign should say during the booking process. However, when we arrived at the airport, no one was there. When I called the property, they said they didn’t offer this service. But there’s now no mention of the free transfer in the booking details. I was certain it was included. So a tip for you, take screenshots of everything during booking.

Great stay at Agile BB

Pros: The location is superb. Very near to the golden triangle and TRX. Both are within walking distance. The place is new. Everything is new. The size the unit is decent. Enjoy the stay and will return.

Cons: The access card isn't working very well. The carpark lift lobby needed to ventilate a lot as it can be choking if stay in too long. Also, certain areas is still quite messy with renovation still going on. Looking for the place can be quite a chore as the entrance and exit for the car is at 2 different side.

Pros: My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The homestay we rented really clean, so comfortable and location, walking distance to TRX, Pavilion and Jalan Imbi. Everything in the room are brand new. We really enjoyed the stay.

Cons: There is a very strong chemical smell in the toilet drainage. It so smelly that we had to kept the toilet door closed all the time. Other than the smell, actually the toilet is very clean. Water pressure for shower is really good.

Pros: The location was strategic Pillow and bed and the view of the apartment is my top3 fave thing about the apartment

Pros: A well presented apartment in a fantastic location. Great pool area. Just a short 6 minute walk to TRX mall with great bars and restaurants and access to trains and metro. Also close to stop for hop on and off bus. Fabulous bakery next door. Short ride to Petronus towers.

Cons: Nothing, would stay again.
