Fantastic stay, small hiccup quickly resolved!

Pros: The property was nicely maintained, there was a little confusion at first and the management moved us to another block in the adjacent place. In all fairness this seemed to be the better option. We ended up staying in STAR Residence KLCC (So please note that this review does not reflect the MEWS residence as I didn’t stay there) but it’s still this booking for me to review and managed by the same people. I misread the small print that this accommodation needed to be paid by cash on arrival, after travelling it was a bit of an inconvenience but it was swiftly sorted (might I add, they were actually willing to take the card payment but I felt it was unfair as it was my fault. Overall, the Condo was well maintained.

Cons: The lounge was not serving food at all although others were eating every night (again, reflection on STAR residence restaurant at the sky pool)

Simple and nice place to stay

Pros: Staff vupal very fast and helpful in responding our issue. when we told him about the toilet light he responded very fast. 1)Place nearby to KLCC. 2) Apartment nice view for us. 3) Mini mart nearby and if you hungry nearby restaurants.

Cons: Only the lifts slow. Other than that we are fine.

Spacious house

Pros: The 3-bedrooms unit was very spacious and comfortable. Clean house. The amenities is quite here n there, have to find it properly. Spacious bathroom with bathtub in the master bedroom. Clean balcony.

Cons: No vanity mirror for ladies to get done. Large mirror only in the bathroom. Hard for me to use hairdry without the mirror.

Pros: Overall, the room is simple and convenient. It has everything needed for everyday living without issues (kitchen, bathroom, bed). Ours was on the 8th floor. Just two floors down is a free, comfortable swimming pool. It was quiet.The host was very friendly and always willing to help.

Cons: The room is a bit worn out — there are some small cracks and chips here and there. A light cosmetic renovation would make it look brand new.Other than that, no complaints.

Pros: Loved the ambiance of the suite – cozy, clean, and beautifully furnished. The amenities were top-notch, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for remote work. The host was kind and always available for any questions. One of the best stays I’ve had in KL!
