Pros: Check in process was easy, we stayed for a week so left a cash deposit. Room was perfect size for 2 people. Location was good. 25 min walk away from the Petronas Towers. Public transport is available nearby and easy to use. The gym is nice and a good view. The pool was great too.

I had a positive experience with the host and their apartment

Pros: Nice and clean studio, haven't seen a single bug ot roach throughout the whole 5-day stay - even though insects are a common occurrence in serviced apartments in KL. Host was helpful, there were no issues about my late night check-in (as my flight got delayed). AC and shower water heater working well. Gym is usable, I'd say average. PS: ladies should make sure to check out the dress rules of the property rooftop pool before arrival - this didn't affect me, just leaving this here as advice, as some rental customers were surprised on the spot

Quite comfortable stay.

Pros: View from the pool; Good Washing machine and dryer. Two bathrooms are very convenient. Helpful staff, communication is good.

Cons: Some facilities need updating.

Pros: It was very comfortable/ easy to check in, easy to access/ contact & the location got easy access to market and others prime locations.

Cost effective, and convenient.

Pros: Breakfast at RE Kitchen on level 35 was excellent, and the pool with the view of the city was amazing… especially at night when the buildings were lit up in a variety of coloured lights. The location was very good, and within walking distance to different eateries in the area, convenience stores, and within 30 minute walk to the Suria KLCC Mall and the different landmarks.

Cons: The smell of cigarettes from the neighbours and the slightly bad sewage smell from the main upstairs bathroom drain. There were a couple of cockroaches that were in the kitchen at one stage.

The apartment was spotless—immaculately clean and fresh, making it feel like a home away from home. And the view from the infinity pool was insane! One of the standout features was the kid-friendly setup. The bunk bed was a huge hit with our little ones, adding a fun and cozy touch to their stay. Plus, the thoughtful addition of toys kept them entertained for hours, making our trip even more relaxing. The hosts were fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to ensuring a top-notch experience. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding, made this stay perfect. If you're traveling with kids (or even if you're not), this apartment is an absolute gem. We would rate it higher than 10/10 if we could! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
