Great location and staying in a penthouse the views were amazing!

Pros: Good location - within walking distance to Twin Towers, shopping & restaurants

Cons: Some of the facilities were a little worn

Pros: Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Die riesige Terrasse inkl. dem Whirlpool und dem Dampfbad laden richtig zum Relaxen ein. Die Wohnung an sich bietet genügen Platz und ist gut eingerichtet.

Cons: Als wir ankamen wurden wir nicht wirklich freundlich behandelt und als ich anmerkte, dass es für Touristen blöd ist das Depot von 250 Euro in Ringli (Cash) zu hinterlegen, war sie gleich eingeschnappt und noch unfreundlicher. Sie bot und dann an, es mit der Karte zu bezahlen und es Euro zurückzuerhalten. (Als Schweizer auch nicht die optimale Lösung.) Am Schluss hatten Sie dann keine Euros und gaben es uns in Ringli zurück. Leider war die Suite auch nicht wirklich sauber und mir persönlich fehlte eine Kaffeemaschine. (Kaffeepulver ist halt nicht dasselbe) Trotz der negativen Punkte kann ich die Pent House Suite weiterempfehlen, da es ein wunderschönes Erlebnis im 57. Stock war.
