Overall decent, but a few improvements would make it much better.

Pros: Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The cleaning service was excellent, the team responded to requests on time, and the view was great. The washing and drying machine facility was also very convenient.

Cons: However, there are a few things that could be improved. I would have preferred a room with a balcony. There were no door mats near the washroom, no mirror in the room, and no mat under the kitchen sink area. Additionally, there were no racks in the washroom to hang dresses or towels. Adding these would definitely improve comfort and convenience for guests.

Pros: Everything is good for me. Clean. Toilet, bed and whole are. Maybe you should provide slippers. The floor its too cold for me 🤭

Cons: Lift sometimes slow. But maybe got other tenants too. Other than that its good.

Pros: Had an amazing stay at Neu Suites during my visit to Kuala Lumpur! The location is fantastic, with an LRT station nearby, making it super convenient to travel around the city. The building was spotless, and my room had a stunning view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. The service was excellent, and the top-floor view was absolutely breathtaking. One of the highlights was the awesome pool—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Cons: The only downside was the lift system; with only six lifts for a 41-story building, I often had to wait quite a bit. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in KL!\

Their genuine kindness and professionalism created a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and designed to offer maximum comfort. The bed was cozy, and the room provided all the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. One feature that truly stood out was the spacious and modern bathroom, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience.

Pros: Stayed for 3 days and two nights. very interesting experience. beautiful view Rooms are cheap. neat and very spacious. Happy for stayed here. The view of swimming pool so beautiful. Really like it.

Pros: Great place to stay with many food choices nearby. The mall is within a short walking distance. Rooftop pool was safe and had an amazing view. We enjoyed the gym facilities as well. Thank you to the staff for a great stay!
