Pros: I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at here. The location is excellent, just a short distance from KLCC and other major tourist attractions, which made it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, and the room was clean, cozy and well-maintained. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the quality of the amenities provided. Overall, it was great experience and I would definitely return on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended.

A pleasant stay
Pros: The location is excellent, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and McDonald's is very close downstairs, just past a traffic light. Due to flight delays, we arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 12 o'clock in the evening. I was surprised that we could still check in at this time. Some problems occurred during the period, and the hotel also patiently helped me solve them. Although the hotel interior is a bit old, the washing machine and dryer are very complete. I am very happy to be able to stay.

It was a quiet apartment and ideal for grpup helpful owners and staff.
Pros: Perfect for a family of 6. The property owners and staff were very helpful. Kitchen very good but no time to cook. We ate meals Outside and brought home some snacks. Very convenient for transpo needs.
Cons: I was not allowed to bring in Durian😂😂😂I travelled to Malaysia to taste all types of Durian. I ended having to eat at open places where it was sold. I much prefer to eat and enjoy every bite when am at home and not in an open space with loads of people. Second, I had to clean the laundry dryer’s filter, so full to the brim of darkened lint, hair and others from previous occupants. Overall, everything ok.

Great
Pros: Had a wonderful time here even though for a day. They prepared Netflix, Youtube for entertainments. For daily needs such as iron, hair dryer, washer, dryer, microwave complete with bowls and plates. Deposit also returned in timely manner.
Cons: Sink was clogged, if we were to stay for more than a day maybe it will overflow.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful stay, and I can't say enough good things about it. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the KL Tower from my room – it was truly spectacular. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable guidance throughout my stay, and they were always ready to assist. The hotel's location is incredibly strategic, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. Having a 7-11 on the ground floor was incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. In terms of convenience and comfort, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Comfortable stay with functional amenities and cooperative staff/team
Pros: -good communication from host and cooperative team (assisted in luggage storage for few days after checking out) - functional tv (youtube/netflix), wifi, iron box, washing machine, dryer, water filtration pump in kitchen - good location and tower has mini market on one floor, 7 eleven on ground floor and a coffee shop - smooth check in and check out
Cons: - Master ensuite AC has some weird noise (but still functional) - Master ensuite toilet has some blockage when flushing.. - master ensuite not entirely clean (dusty), but all other places were clean…and some cockroaches
