Pros: its near PWTC lrt station. the check in and check out process is easy.

Cons: i ordered a room for 3 person. so there's 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. the single bed is broken and i had bodyache due to the broken bed

Pros: The owner are quite efficient on replying messages

Cons: The room wasn’t that clean at first , but the owner was able for helping to do the cleaning again

Overall, the environment and facilities are good. I would consider coming again.

Pros: I love the contactless service and check-in. The owner was very kind and provided ample information. Overall, the location is near KL city and accessible by car. The environment is peaceful, and the city view is nice. The space is also big enough, and a hair dryer is provided. There are no additional charges for check-in or cleaning fees, which made me feel good as well.

Cons: We felt uncomfortable with the bed sheet. We weren't sure if we were being too sensitive, but after fully sanitizing the bed, the problem was solved. It is recommended to replace the drain cover or pipe to prevent odors from floating up and making the toilet smell strange. Additionally, consider providing home slippers or disposable slippers, although the floor was clean.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff even we have not met in person, but surely he was very helpful.

Cons: The cleanliness was not satisfying for me. The housekeepers didn't change the bad sheet, there were stains on it and only God knows what they were. Furthermore the floor was sticky as the cleaners used detergent instead of floor cleaner liquid, so I had to re-mop it myself.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, basen, siłownia. Super kontakt z właścicielem. Widok z pokoju bardzo fajny.

Cons: Po przyjeździe w recepcji zostaliśmy powiadomieni, że musimy zadzwonić pod numer z bookingu, bo jest to oddzielny właściciel i spowodowało to lekki stres z racji, że może coś być nie tak ale po jakimś czasie dostaliśmy instrukcje dostania się do kluczy i karty do windy i dzięki bardzo dobremu kontaktowi z właścicielem wszystko przebiegało pomyślnie. Minusem jest też to, że z basenu i siłowni można korzystać tylko w godzinach 7am-10pm. Czystość w pokoju była średnia.
