Axon Residences Bukit Bintang by Janice's Homestay

Pros: The location is great, the Appartment is very nice, clean, good Wifi, good Aircon, good view :). Self check in and out is very easy and the instructions from the owner are very well done and clear. We got short instructionvideos for everything. The owner replies via WhatsApp very fast, if there is an additional question. We can recommend this place without hesitation and will be back, when we are in KL again.

Pros: Great location, brilliant facilities and easy check in. Delighted with our stay. We made use of the pool and gym while there also which was a great plus. Decent sized room and everything was nicely clean. Very happy with the stay

Cons: People have mentioned the lift, but they were fine for us. Small wait at times, but nothing too major. Potentially some hand soap and a hand towel at the sink and another side table at the bed, would add a lot

Pros: Its a great appartment for holiday makers. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and responsive whenever we had to communicate.

Cons: Maybe a Netflix connection would be good for the TV. The waiting time in lifts are lengthy but I guess it’s because of the huge demand for the appartments from holiday makers!

Pros: Very good location, beautiful view, nice pool. Room was nice and clean, big enough, had a good shower, big TV, comfortable beds. Easy check-in, good and clear instructions. Fast reply in chat.

Cons: Elevators worked in mysterious ways. Wasn't always clear whether we were going up or down, and why. But I assume that we didn't use the elevators correctly. Otherwise, nothing to complain.

Overall, a great stay — I would definitely come back.

Pros: Excellent location and very clean The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from shopping centers. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the facilities were modern and new. Only downside: the elevators can be a bit slow.

Cons: The only downside is the elevator wait time — during busy hours, you sometimes have to wait for several elevators before being able to go up or down.

I like it because the price is moderately expensive, suitable for families

Pros: All facilities have water heaters, sharpening/drying machines etc. and shopping places are quite close

Pros: Best location. I was impressed by the night view from the room. I am also satisfied with the infinity pool. I enjoyed busking every night. Jalan Alor night market. the trip was happy I love you, Kuala Lumpu

Cons: not to exist

Good location. Great amenities. Pool, gym etc. close to everything. Just walk or take a grab.

Pros: Close to attractions. 200 metres from Pavillion mall. Check in was easy with the security Guard. Communication from property group host was good. My stay was enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Perhaps just part of your process. Inform the customer there will be a deposit upfront. I don’t mind giving a deposit but best to let the customer know in advance what’s expected.
