Overall is good. Gonna recommend it to others!!❤️

Pros: The customer service was tiptop, friendly and kind. Check-in and check-out was easy. The apartment is quite big and comfortable. Night view was awesome through the balcony. Just one of the toilet got leakage.

Convenience and user friendly

Pros: The location, security, carpark access, amenities etc..

Cons: The road leading to the property from Jalan Ampang. Very bumpy and many pot holes. The big guy via the reception is not welcoming and not friendly. The Malay lady in tudung was very friendly and comforting. She takes extra miles to explain on the various property that is under the same management in case the guest like to have a change.

Pros: The house was nice. A convenient store right down the ground floor of the building has everything we need. Staff of the host was helpful.

Cons: Location is far from everywhere. We went for Blackpink concert but the place was very far from the stadium as well as from the city center, so the travelling fee actually makes the accommodation more expensive. Also one bathroom does not have hot water.

Pros: Excellent accommodation. The apartment was very clean, and the concierge Mr. Kenneth was very friendly. We had some issues with the power and the fridge, but these were addressed promptly.

Cons: No affordable supermarket within walking distance.
