Great location, nice apartment

Pros: Location was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was pleasant with a nice restaurant. Our waitress Eileen was excellent in providing areas to visit and things to do.

Cons: Rooms were a little too basic. Mattress in the main bedroom was too firm/hard. We did not sleep well.

Convenient location with great view and facilities

Pros: Amazing view or many famous buildings of kl including merdeka, kl tower and petronas towers. Short walk to petronas towers/klcc shopping centre/metro station. Lovely building facilities on level 6 and rooftop

Cons: Would prefer if has filtered water available in the suite although can refill on level 6

Pros: Fantastic location and view, either from the room in 23rd floor and as well from the roof pool. We used a washing machine with integrated drying. Great value

Excellent stay at a well maintained property.

Pros: Great location and also well maintained apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. They have a great view of the Twin Towers from the Q88(which is the top of the building).

Cons: Nothing! The only recommendation would be to have a microwave installed.

Great place to stay and good value for money!

Pros: Great location literally on top of the Imago shopping centre. Very good restaurants and bars close by. Try breakfast at Cafe 17 and have drinks at La Chica😀 Two pools and a gym.

Cons: Room would be better if there was a wardrobe, rather than just a hanger. Decoration is a bit over the top - too blingy for my taste (chandeliers and gold door furniture) Pool opening times were a bit disappointing - can't have an early morning swim, as the pools don't open until 9am

Great Accommodation and Location

Pros: Very quick and friendly communications from the management team. The apartment was amazing very large, clean and has all the things you need. The facilities at Star Residences are amazing, great pool on the 6th floor and also st the top.of each tower. Its also just a short walk to AK mall amd Suria Mall amd KLCC LRT

Cons: A microwave would be nice but it's only a minor thing. Other than that I had no complaints. A dishwasher would also be useful but I know none of the apartments at Star Residences came with a dishwasher
