Poor cleanliness and maintenance despite great location

Pros: Location is strategic and close to Times Square, Lalaport and Bukit Bintang. Easy access to nearby attractions.

Cons: The bed sheets had stains and felt itchy, as if they were not properly changed, including the pillow cases. The floor was dusty. There was no mineral water provided and no water heater available. The air conditioner had no remote and was fixed at a very low temperature, with only the on/off button usable on the unit. The TV was not functioning and the WiFi connection was very poor. For the price charged, the property owner should pay more attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Also, emergency or contact information for the PIC should be clearly displayed at the residence instead of only via Booking.com
