Pros: The Scarletz suites klcc accommodation was clean and spacious, all appliances were easy to use, we even had access to a dryer, which was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond with their communications. I was always provided with timely and accurate information of my check-in process, access to the accommodation and luggage storage facilities. The view was the cherry on top! Really nice view of Petronas Towers and KLCC from the room and rooftop pool. The night view was splendid! The kids greatly enjoyed the pool and the view. I will come back again

Your hotel in Kuala Lumpur was the best. I found your room very clean.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very nice. My room was very clean and the staff was very nice to me. There was a very nice view from my room. The gym and the top-notch facilities are very nice. It takes me 5 minutes to go to the Twin Towers from the hotel. It is a very nice building in Kuala Lumpur. I liked everything.
