Pros: Property requires a security deposit to be made to a local account, which is challenging if you are traveling from overseas, even more so if landing at an odd time. Fortunately for our group, we had a friend locally and used his account to put in the deposit. Getting refund for the deposit is also challenging because it will be returned to the account a few days after check-out, which is difficult for international travelers.

Cons: Not much to say here, our stay was great.

Pros: Terbaik.. Harga sangat² berpatutan & tak mungkin dapat dimana²😎 Ruang apartment yg luas. Ada dapur bagi yang nak masak. Mesin basuh pun ada. Lokasi yg strategik dan ada byk lagi kemudahan spt tmpt mkn,Bank & pasaraya. Staf MINSU &MANHATTAN baik wlupun terkadang respon lmbt 🤗 Dan yang the best dpt jumpa MR WALLACE@owner..sgt baik orangnya. 😘

Cons: Tempat parking terhad. Tidak ada cermin di bilik²..kecuali dibilik air sahaja. Sekurang²nya perlu ada satu cermin di ruang tamu. Lantai bilik air sangat licin..alternatif letak lapik .😎

Cons: Cermin tiada di dalam bilik ataupun ruangtamu untuk bersiap. Cuma harapkan cermin di dlm toilet-x sesuai untuk bersiap.
