Pros: Location was perfect near to mall, and apartment was every convenient and clean. All facilities were available. The staff contact was very prompt and they were helpful. Self check in and check out was very interesting. Had no issues.

Cons: No issues with booking.

Pros: Location is great, very clean, children friendly entertainment and facilities, convenient access to amenities i.e. same floor as pool, gym and playground. Highly recommended and will stay here again

Pros: Excellent location for stay, shopping, and many variety of food. The host is very responsive and provided clear instructions to enable hassle free check-in and check-out.

Pros: Location was great and accessible to the mall. So convenient! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a fast hester and had good pressure. And the water dispenser is much appreciated. The gym and pool was good too! Kids love making fortress with the pillows

Cons: Only 1 glitch with the WiFi which started to not work on the 2nd day. But it was all right as we had our data and were out of the room most days.

Great comfy stay

Pros: The property is clean, having a clear view of KL major skyscrappers. We booked this property for a few days before new year’s eve. Managed to go up the sky deck for a spectacular fireworks display. Would love to stay here again in the future as we arrived one day late due to flight resceduled. For those who enjoy shopping & dining, this property is just few steps away from the Sunway Velocity Mall. Owner is also responsive.

Perfect stay for a short getaway

Pros: Owner very helpful. Initially the door access code provided doesn't work. When I contacted the owner, they responded immediately and provided a new access code. Check in was easy. What I like the most, the location is excellent. Sunway Velocity is just below the unit and 5mins walking distance from the sheltered walkway to MRT station (Cochrane).

Cons: Not that I can think of.
