Spacious, bright flat with awesome view and great location :)

Pros: Spacious and bright flat with a fantastic city view (44th floor). Kids loved the open air pool (and the sauna) on 6th floor. Flat was very minimalistic in terms of furniture, which I personally like.

Cons: Not really a dislike as such, but def something that could be improved, which is to equip the flat with more kitchenware. There was only two plates and two mugs, not even sure there were two sets of cutlery (we didn't use it as ate out during entire stay) and literally NO cookware at all. No saucepan, no frying pan, no bowls, not a single item for cooking. So you couldn't even fry an egg or boil water for pasta, say you wanted to prepare just a simple meal. I found that a bit curious for a flat that has an actual kitchen. Other than this, nothing to say and I will still happily come back another time.

Pros: Really organised with an office in the condo complex. Very comfortable with good pool and gym. Very central to transport around the city. Excellent food right outside the complex and five minutes walk to Jalan Aloor food street. Superb views over the city. Have stayed in Robertson complex six years running.

Cons: There should be at least complimentary mineral bottles in the bnbs . 2 Toilet papers for each toilet especially for those staying over 4 nights, and also at least 1 paper towels for the kitchen. Thank you.

Great location, close to everything, quiet, come and go as you please, great aircon and comfortable

Cons: Maybe access to cast to the tv would have been nice.

Pros: Prefect location. Lots of things to see and do in walking distance. Some restaurants and shops directly downstairs which we really enjoyed. The house itself is in good maintanance and the swimming pool is nice.

Cons: It could be cleaner. We had lots of ants in the flat. We asked for some help and supposedly something was done. It was not much better. Besides that there were some cockroches, but i guess that is to expect in such climate. Things like toilet paper, trash bags and so on should be provided more by default. Kitchen appliances were non existent. We asked for an electric kettle and pots and needed to wait till noon next day. Elevator situation could be better. Lots of waiting time. We wanted to extend our stay for one more month but the service people were not helpful with that and said we need to book online. In the end we switched location.
