Great stay.

Pros: Rooftop pool: Clean and not crowded. Gym: Decently equipped. Apartment: Large and comfortable. Useful amenities included (laundry pods, dishes, extra mattresses, etc.). Elevators: Extremely well-programmed. Moving between floors was quick and efficient, which is a rare plus in high-rise buildings. Design: the building is well dessigned and well maintain. Looks impressive.

Cons: Traffice noise. Mainly inconvinient at night.

Pros: Excellent . Staff were nice and brought us an extra bed. Clean and comfy place.

Nice place for family or groups

Pros: The room is spacious and the view from the roof is credible.

The property was amazing with a breathtaking view

Pros: It was very spacious, clean, and had all the facilities required by our family. The location was ideal as it was close to many tourist attractions

Cons: There was no housekeeping for all the four nights that we stayed. It should have been offered at least on alternate days

Pros: Everything was amazing They upgraded us free of cost Everything was available and even when late at night I said I need a change of blanket they provided us within half an hour, the vibe room hotel location everything was on point

Pros: Big apartment, nice swimming pool, while always very busy. Staff really helpful.

Cons: Not really clean. Poor maintenance.

Pros: Big, spacious apartment. Well equipped. Check in process was smooth.

Very good location as it is within 5 minutes walk to the nearest monorail station.

Pros: Thankfully we coordinated with the caretaker the time and place to meet to collect the keys. Otherwise, you will be clueless, as the lobby area is very busy with other guests and cars dropping off/picking up, and you need to get clear instruction on how and where to park our car in the building. As a first-timer, it can be quite tricky. The pool and view from the Skydeck is superb!

Cons: It would be easier if we could just present ourselves and collect the key at the reception or mailbox. The swimming pool was crowded, probably because of the full occupancy in the building. We decided to skip the pool because there are just too many people and not enough space. We only got a partial view of Kampung Bharu and the AKLEH highway. The noise from the cars and bikes running through the highway can be heard throughout the night, not ideal for light sleeper.

Would choose this property again.

Pros: This is a fantastic location. Right in the city centre with an amazing view. Lots of cool things to do for families within walking distance distance like the Petronas Towers, the aquarium and the Museum of Illusions. We had a hire car so spent some time driving in and out and some on foot and both were easy. Checkin staff were very helpful and the pool is gorgeous.

Pros: Almost everything was perfect. Clean and beautiful.The view is great, the pool awsome. So good that there is a kitchen.

Cons: The dryer in the washingmashine was not working. But there was a place to hang the clothes. Be prepared that it can take long time to wait for the lift.
