Pool was great. Having 2 key cards very useful versus other hosts in building providing one.
Pros: Value for money, location great including wet market behind condo for cheap fruits, wholesaler of drinks, Claypot Rice walking distance, very spacious Whether you get 2 doubles in one room or triple bed in both rooms is random. They do not notice if you request a specific configuration
Cons: Prayers from mosque 5am

Pros: this house is very nice, all equipment is in this house. Very clean very beautiful and unique. everything is okay worth the price. The deposit does not take long to wait.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Cons: many conditions are placed, I'm more careful when I am in this house. There is only one parking lot. the pool is a little difficult to see the view.

Good location, big space, many facilities, total value for money!
Pros: Convenient check in, big space, not that far from Public Transport (although I mainly used Grab and Rental Car). CBD Area, IKEA and Sunway Shopping malls are quite close which give plenty of options for pictures, food and shopping. Nothing much to complain here.
Cons: The shower heater should be replaced, I had to take cold showers during my stay. Major turnoff! The towels and linens could be more cleaner!

Pros: Everall ok and Valuable for our money😁 bilik besar Dan katil besar serta kemas, Ada Netflix ,bagus dpt santai tgok TV dgn Family,dpt tgok View KL yg cantik, Facilities semua ada, basuh baju terus sidai je..best ,Ada Sauna,pool bersih, Ada tempat anak2 main ,parking pon Mudah. Sgt puas Hati Dan akan repeat lagi nt... insha'Allah..

Pros: Loved everything! The view at night was beautiful. Boleh nampak KLCC, KL Tower, Merdeka Tower, Bukit Bintang dari balkoni walaupun jauh sikit. Unit sangat selesa dan bersih. Kotor sikit2 tu tak apa, boleh diperbaiki. Fasiliti dalam unit juga sangat memuaskan. Ada washing machine. Microwave. Iron 2 bijik. Peti sejuk. Pemanas air. Lengkap. Wifi dan Netflix pun ada. 👍👍👍 View dari swimmingpool pun cantik. Ada area untuk anak2 bermain dan ada bbq jugak. Mandi kolam sepuasnya. Area Residence dekat dengan Mytown Mall, Ampang point Mall etc. Depan Residence seberang jalan ada KK mart dan 7 eleven, restoran mamak pun ada, senang nak keluar makan dan beli snack2. Sekuriti sangat ramah dan sangat membantu kami time check in dan check out. Tak lupa juga dengan admin yg kami contact untuk urusan check in/out, layan kami dgn baik, reply whatsapp and explain dgn lengkap. Depo juga dipulangkan cepat selepas kami check out. Recommended. 👍👍👍
Cons: cermin meja hias dan tingkap bilik agak kotor sikit. lena pesan dgn housekeeping lap sampai kering tak ada tanda dekat cermin.
