Tropicana Residence Kuala Lumpur by Collective Haus

Pros: The location is amazing. Clear view of twin towers no other apartment had this view. The management was best and super professional. Must recommend this property

Cons: The lifs are too shaky

Great for a couple of nights especially being so close to the Towers with superb views of this iconic location.

Pros: The location next to the Petronas Towers with amazing views (from the twin tower rooms). Easy walking distance to Towers, KLCC park and mall.

Cons: Very clinical check-in process operating out of one of the apartments on the 25th floor, rooftop pool needs some updating with showers “under maintenance” and jacuzzi not working.

Great place despite the many rules.

Pros: The location is amazing. We booked a towers view and it was stunning. Arrived very late (delayed) so didn’t use pool etc. the room was so good, little kitchen, lounge are and lovely bedroom with gorgeous en suite and such a comfortable bed. I definitely recommend it here.

Cons: It was a weird vibe on check in, you have to follow staff up to the 25th floor to check in, you are ordered to what’s app then a picture of your room key. Deposit is taken with absolutely no thought that the arriving guest may not have enough ringgit/credit. Then a 2 page list of rules gets sent to you via what’s app. When you want to check out you have to what’s app to get out. Your room deposit won’t come back to you for 2 weeks and they make it clear if there are any issues you will be - you guessed it- what’s app’d the details. I felt like I was back at school, it’s just such an odd way to treat your guests! But the place does make up for the staff creating a gulag atmosphere 🙄

Pros: Location was great right beside KLCC. Apartment was big with good wifi and comfortable bed.

Cons: We could only have one key. Which was difficult at times. There was no reception, but response by whatsapp was fast and Lways available.

Exceptional Place and Service

Pros: Everything. Service was quick and staff is eveready and polite. The unit was superb and squeaky clean. The shower and water pressure is also superb.... its just like you check in to a 5 star hotel, even better. 😆 View is stunning.... we ended up staring at the view most of time while chatting away 😄

Cons: Could do better in: - extra lock/lock latch from inside - providing biddet - providing bigger towels + face/hand towels - qiblat sign - water flow at the sink bit slow but not clogging level.

Nice, but lacking details.

Pros: Beautiful view, large studio with good equipment, lovely bathroom. We didn't use the pool, etc. Location is very good for tourism. Lacking the details.

Cons: One of the first things I did was cleaning the windows, after watching hand prints and who knows what interrupting the view. And it adds up, they are lacking in the details. Bed and especially the blanket was of really cheap quality. The mattress cover didn't fit and we ended up waking up on the dirty mattress. Just a shame for such a nice apartment to not have quality blanket/bedsheets. Also the noice from the hallway was annoying. Just a lack of sound isolation.

Pros: The apartment was excellent, very clean, with an amazing view, exactly as described. The location is perfect and the staff at the reception were outstanding.

Top location and very central

Pros: We loved , how efficient check in and check out was . The gym / pool was incredible . Busy week ! An epic view . Thank you for room service offer , but we do like being left alone . Keep up the good work Team Collective Haus .

Pros: Location was great as it was next to twin towers. Suria shopping mall and there was a money exchange access road.

Cons: Needs to provide more basic kitchen and bathroom facilities. Linen didn’t look cleaned properly. No reception on the ground floor (only on 25th floor)

Pros: Amazing room, service, with exceptional view if the petronas twin towers.
