Pros: The owner is friendly and responsive, even though we book in the last minute and late check in. The room is clean.

Cons: The floor is sticky, and the common area is a bit messy.

I had a nice stay at Ming Yuan Homestay. William the host was very kind and friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Location was perfect for my needs as it was nearby all the places I had to go to. William's place is near a busy road but has a nice garden around it.
