Comfortable stay

Pros: Great location, comfortable stay and fast WiFi. Staffs were friendly and everything was good! Plenty parking around.

Great stay in the middle of Chow Kit

Pros: - Cozy room with comfy beds and clean bathroom - 5 mins walking distance to Chow Kit Monorail

A good, clean and very comfortable modern stay..

Pros: The property was properly secured to the extent that lifts were even operated only through room keys which prevents the entry of alien persons on floors. We stayed in Room 611, which was a studio suite… Room was modernly decorated and everything was so properly and elegantly placed to maintain proper space and comfort.

Cons: Little far from touristy places though grab served us there properly… most places are at 2-3 kms distance from the property. Plus they dont have a smoking zone in the entire property…🥲 so I didnt like that… They charged 350 RM extra as a security deposit and the balance they have claimed to be reimbursed to the same card within two weeks. Since i’m writing the review today after checkout, i cannot say anything about reimbursement…

We like the hotel and staff a lot and will stay here again next time.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. Soft bed with comfortable pillows and nice view to the city.

Clean, Efficient, Great Hospitality, and definitely will come back when we visit again.

Pros: Very close to the city and in reach to some amazing sights.

Cons: If anything, the parking lot is a bit stuffy and small, this is minor however.

Pros: Very clean and tidy. Bathroom and shower was really clean. Awesome view from the room. Provided with all the amenities and facilities as well. Well equipped. Bed and pillows was comfy. Will come again in the future.

Comfortable, clean and great value for money

Pros: Really clean, new/well maintained with an incredibly comfortable bed. Very good value for money given the comfort, cleanliness and central location around the KL city area.

Cons: There was no freezer at all in the property so if you’re a breastfeeding mum or need a place to freeze ice packs in order to transport your medications, the mini bar may not be cold enough for you. A central freezer is typically basic but this hotel doesn’t provide one.

Pros: I like the strategic location of the hotel that is nearby to the public transport. The hotel also has been kind to put a note earlier in relation to the illegal racing that often happen at night to reduce unnecessary inconvenience. The staffs are very friendly. The facilities really great and i greatful to choose this hotel throughout my 4 nights stay.

Pros: We came kl for medical appointments and stay here for 2 days. Overall its nice and very clean. The staff always professional and polite to the guess. Only during my 2nd night there, the room aircond are not functioning hence they got us new room to stay.

Cons: It’s beside the road, so be prepared for the vehicle noise. (No worry they provide you with the ear plugs)

Pros: The room we booked was clean, spacious and had a good view. Initially I felt the location was not central enough for me but quickly learned that this was a good thing. The traffic in central can get crazy and if you are planning to go to places outside the centre like Batu you wouldn't want to be in the direct centre. Everything was a cheap taxi away anyway. The bathroom was clean, and also had a view.

Cons: Nothing negative I can think of.
