Pros: Poor service when we check in no air cond .later after check need to fill in gas .omg

Cons: Lot of cockroaches

Pros: everything ok… hotel and pool satisfying…we all family was happy with the hotel..

Cons: when checking in… the front office staff .. a middle aged man was not customer friendly… please change to other staff who friendly and welcoming customer… thanks

Pros: Good location. Easy to assess to LRT and MRT. Lots of Restaurant

Cons: No free parking

Pros: Staff service was very helpful . Two ladies at counter on 29hb jan.around 3pm.

Cons: No shower gel in room

Basically we got the value for what we paid

Pros: View from window looking at merdeka, petronas and kl tower was awesome Room was old but was well maintained Really appreciated the water cooler

Cons: Toilets need good repair Found leaky and had to call front desk for fixing the water leak which They did well. Soap was low quality so bought our own hand soap. Walking distance to train station which was great Although we also took grab (same like Uber) lots of time

Pros: The view was amazing...from the room we can see tower 118,TRX,KLCC and KL Tower..

Pros: Staf is very friendly, the swimming pool is nice and the location is great.

For budget family travel, this is a place you wouldn't want to miss.

It provides convenience with nearby stores like 7-11 and Family Mart, offering a variety of general goods, diverse food options, and a safe environment, making it a hassle-free destination. The city center is easily accessible within 10–20 minutes via Grab Taxi, which I strongly recommend for transportation. The management and reception are laid-back; if you prefer minimal interaction, this is the place for you. Upon check-in, it feels like your own apartment, allowing for a peaceful stay without unnecessary questions. Cleaners visit every morning or afternoon to maintain the cleanliness of your space.

Cons: The place appears a bit rundown. With a little effort from the hotel management in maintaining and ensuring all amenities work, such as fixing the hot water, adding a cooker to the kitchen, and replacing worn-out pillows, these small changes could make a significant difference. All the toilets require thorough cleaning; replacing old silicone with new will make a significant difference

Good place to relax for a bit or stay long-term

Pros: The living room and bedroom were both massive. Good lighting. Also, the building has everything you can need for a comfortable stay, even a direct connection to the LRT. Didn't get a chance to try the pool and the gym but they looked pretty nice. There was housekeeping every morning as well.

Cons: I wish there were a few more facilities in the kitchen. There was only a water dispenser, a fridge, a couple of cups, and some tea/coffee sachets. Would have been nice to have some extra crockeries (plates, spoons, etc.) and maybe a microwave to heat food. Also, the windows were shut so you couldn't get any fresh air inside the room.

It’s an old hotel but it’s all fine and comfortable. Might look a little shady and scary but it really is a good hotel.

Pros: The place was surprisingly good and comfortable for an old hotel. There’s a lot of convenience stores nearby. Parking is available on site with RM7 fee per night. Receptionist was really nice and helpful too.

Cons: The place was a little hard to find as their signboard is small and quite hidden and their front lobby is all the way to the back. The shopping mall it’s in is technically dead with only a few stores open.
