Australia 🇦🇺

Pros: Seems to be the only hotel with actual hot water 😉. Staff were very patient with the idiot, me, who could not find the remote to the aircon. Comfy bed. Good pillows.

Cons: Baby roaches. And their Airport Shuttle is a direction to the bus station across the road. 🤔 But hey. Get the app and pay 15 MYR instead of a 65 MYR GRAB. Comfy bus.

As overall, the service is good and value for money.

Pros: The room was clean but there is a hair on the sink in the bathroom. It would be better they check first before the customer check in.

Cons: I did ask for the service of the towels on my second day of my stay but it turned out disappointed after I came back to my room. However, after calling to the receptionist, they did change the towels for me. For me, it would better if they check again and dun simply say already change.

Good location and cleanliness

Pros: The location is favourite is near to night street market and at this price is very favourable since it is near to the city center. Also the hotel clealiness have done a good improvement compared to my last stay.

Great location

Pros: The location is near pudu bus station. I stayed for work purpose so easy for me to commute back to Seremban.

Cons: The bathroom. The floor is not flat. My husband’s toe injured and bleed. So please be careful in the toilet guys.
