Tamu Hotel & Suites Kuala Lumpur

Pros: Easy access to Kampung baru and close to KL facilities. Walkable distance to Kampung Baru.

Cons: The lift took long time waiting as only 3 out 4 lifts can be used. Check in time also longer as only 1 staff available at 5 PM

Overall a pleasant stay, but some improvements are needed.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and a convenient location.

Cons: I was disappointed with the parking charges. During check-out, the staff informed me that everything was settled and there was no need to do anything regarding parking. However, when exiting the parking area, I was unexpectedly charged RM60. This was confusing and could have been communicated more clearly. The food could be improved in terms of taste and quality.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Tamu. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the location because it was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

Pros: The ambient, the location. The good breakfast. Taste so good, even it was not variety, really really good breakfast.

Cons: A bit late of ensemble the extra bed. Had to remind for 2 times, before it arrived around 9.45pm.

Pros: Location really good. Can get variant of local food stall n restaurant just a few step from hotel..

Pros: Location, premier parking, very close to mosque, wet markets and eating places. Everything by walking distance. Some of the rooms with KL Skyline and Twin Tower view.

Cons: Their cafe little bit pricy compare to the quality of food.

Pros: Stayed in a 2 bedrooms apartments on 15 Jan 2025 for 1 night. The view is marvellous and breathtaking. We had KL Tower and PNB tower. At night the lights on those buildings were beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and very cozy. Clean too But the kitchen is not complete. For a 4 people apartments, there were not enough plates, kitchen utensils, pots. There was a microwave, There staff were wonderful and friendly. If you plan to dine in Rembayung, Tamu Hotel is the best place for you. Their respond to complaints very fast. The lights bulbs were out, technician came immediately The hotel is near food stalls and restaurants

Comfortable stay

Pros: Very neat and smooth sailing check in experience. Alhamdulillah, alquran and prayer mat are available.

Cons: Just a small hiccup - the water tap faucet in the bathroom might need maintenance? A bit loose
