Cons: Room carpet and sofa need to be chanhe or clean if we did not on thw aircond a bit smells. Pillow to soft and bed also,bed fram the.roller in middle facing out and my husband always trip.

All staff fantastic, front desk Syafiqa very helpful including the front door and car staff were A1.

Pros: Location of the hotel in regards to the mono rail also making it easy for taxi's to arrive and depart, size of the bedroom plus living room, two WC's, two televisions, thick carpet, bathroom personal care products. We were not well, but the breakfast juicer lady went out of her way to help each morning with ginger. She was the best.

Cons: Older TV'S so we could not bluetooth my latest IT equipment. Sunday night high performance cars racing at 3-5am. Kept my wife up.

Overall great:)

Pros: The property was beautiful with ample seating areas in the lobby, the room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the staff was great!! The location was also nice, since it was relatively close to most attractions in KL

Cons: The concierge is this very arrogant and rude guy - extremely disrespectful and classist.

2 weeks Stay at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur.

Pros: Size of the room, location, Breakfast, utilities, courteous staff and gymnasium cleaning services

Cons: There is a lack of feeling taken care. Even couple of weeks stay did not make any staff meet us to check with us. It was a mail survey which seems a formality. The Indian restaurant offered poor service at high cost. There is no follow up. The guest advisory or guest relation services totally missing considering tourism opportunities.Guests deserve a coffee maker machine. The jug provided does not reflect Sheraton standard.

Exceptional Service and Comfort at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur

Pros: This is our second stay at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, and we keep coming back because of the excellent service, from the moment you check in until you enter your room. The room service attendants do an outstanding job; the linens are soft and spotless, and the entire room is immaculately clean. They are truly doing an amazing job and deserve to be rewarded generously, as this is not an easy task. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and the location is very convenient, being just a short walk from the MRT.
