Very good for the price

Pros: Staff were addressing all my requests, and very friendly. The apartment was big lot of space, two toilets, medium size fridge, and a good view. No balcony. The infinity pool of the building was also a big plus with a small sauna, there were little businesses in the premises that make life easier considering that is not in a residential area, to get to the main touristic attractions subway was required.

Cons: The room toilet, furniture and curtains were old and dirty, this dirt that doesn't go out by cleaning. Was a bit reluctant to use the toilet at the beginning, so I notified the staff someone came to clean it but it looked the same so I eventually just use it.

Luxury stay

Pros: Rooms are very neat and clean. The view is also good. Provided necessary amenities.

Cons: Check-in time and check-out time, also based on my check-in i came 2 hours early, but still then am not allowed to do my check-in. Also the price showed in booking.com is lesser but when i go there, they asked me to pay via cash and that too high and the reception person said the swipe machine is not working.

Pros: A million dollar view! We stayed in a huge apartament with 3 bedrooms 3 bathtooms livingroom and spacious balcony. Wi fi worked well. Helpful staff. 6 elevators which run very fast. 2 swimmingpools, 2 gliceryna shops with all you need. Very good stay.

Nice stay!

Pros: I'm very worried when first booked because of others review. But everything went beyond my expectation. The breakfast buffet was actually good. I don't understand why some of the guest tell the otherwise. I booked deluxe skyline but got the chance upgrade to excutive skyline for free which has balcony facing KLCC and KL Tower and bathtub! The room is clean and comfortable. Facilities is tip top. Will surely come again.

Cons: The entry to the parking and to the lobby is little bit confusing. And lot of foreigner wears inappropriate clothes

Pros: The plus value for this hotel is the staff at the front desk. I can remember Tarmizi n Aina as being the most seasoned and very helpful staffs. The other 2 girls I didn't get their names coz they were without name tags. Always my favourite spot to take a rest from a business trip.

Cons: No free parking. 😅
