Pros: Very well located, near the Quill mall, very clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the pool.

Lovely room, comfy beds, conveniently located for KL city centre.

Pros: Excellent facilities and value for money. Located next to the massive Quill Mall Centre that made shopping for essentials really easy. Lovely to see plates, cutlery, cups, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, iron, hairdryer, wifi all provided.

Cons: It's a massive building with 4 lifts. When it gets busy (around checkout and check in time) there is a long wait for a lift, especially as most come down full. We didn't realise that soap, shower gel, tea and coffee were not provided in the rooms. We had to buy these for a 2 day stay and ended up leaving most of what we bought. Would be great if these things were provided. There was a wifi hub in the room but we had to obtain the password from our contact. It would be great if this was written in the room.

Pros: Good location very near to quill city mall where you get everything specially grocery items at NSK and also walkable distance to monorail Medan tuanku.

Cons: Here in malaysia checkin timing is 3pm which is very irritating and this booking companies not considered it for early checkin ,and if available for early checkin they will ask for extra charges like 30 ringget for every hour.

worth the money spent

Pros: the room itself. clean and comfort. also with amenities provided

Cons: hectic at the lobby. should be more systematic. Staff should be more clear guidance on the parking. we were told that RM5 during weekend but we had to pay twice of the parking fee mentioned.

Pros: The place is comfortable yet easy to deal with. Also the place is really accessible at the middle of city.

All good but..

Pros: The room was good, clean and comfortable, saw all new stuff and great facilities!

Cons: The view, I got no KLCC view, just some old thing view, also maybe can hire a person who can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia well! Hope can improve better!!

really nice and comfortable. everthing works the air conditioner, water heater, fridge and the rooftop view was great

Pros: it’s really near the monorail station and shopping mall which can be really convenient. the area was nice and safe i would say even though u come back late at midnight it’s not that scary

Cons: nothing much maybe i wish there were washing machine

Worth staying!

Pros: It was eqipped with all necessities. Comfortable and clean!

Cons: They should provide wipers and slippers for the bathroom.

Had a wonderful time here. The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was super helpful and made check-in

Pros: The unit was very clean and well-maintained, the space felt cozy and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great, which made the stay very pleasant, the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, the smart TV/Netflix was a nice touch

Cons: the tv was a bit low so it wasnt comfortable watching tv while laying down
