Pros: We wanted to be near MidValley and Gardens, so this is a perfect location. Has own lobby and reception, so taxi drop off and pick up is easy. Communication is excellent, all via WhatsApp and response time is quick. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Security is great, we feel very safe there. Apartment and facilities very clean, well equipped and spacious. Plenty of parking spaces from what I can observe, this is extra charge though. I rented a car, and this location is right off federal highway, very easy to locate on Google Map. We stayed on Level 16. Only thing is noise, but I'm fine with it. The apartment is well designed to be as sound proof as possible. The noise from the LRT station close by is quite noticeable, but tolerable for me. My husband though, he needs some ear plugs. I can't sleep when it is bright though, but the curtains and blinds in this apartment is very good. It is dark enough at 12pm to keep me sleeping comfortably through the jet lags.

Cons: The part of the corridor that is open space can get wet when it rains heavily and tiles can get quite slippery. Just be careful when it is wet. I informed staff of this and it was sorted quickly.

Pros: The infinity pool and gym were excellent. The location and proximity to the Garden and Megamall was also very helpful.

Pros: Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment on 32nd floor. Very new, clean and well equipped. Beautiful pool on 40th floor! Great location near subway and mall. Highly recommended!

Cons: Nothing. We liked everything and would return when in KL.

Great Room and location, But bad service from receptionist

Pros: Location is quite strategic, easily reached by LRT KJL from KL Sentral. 7-11 nearby and malls within walking distance. Room looked exactly like on the photos, nicely designed and comfy, well equipped

Cons: When I checked-in, there's one staff (a woman) sitting at reception and does nothing for letting me check in. She just asked me to check in online and wait for her friend. After online check in and got my key card, I couldn't go to my room and had to wait for her friend to settle deposit. It was 8 pm, I came from Betong and took 12 hours bus ride. I asked for toilet but she said no toilet, I wanted to leave my luggage and go find dinner but she said no luggage storage. She wasn't sure how long I should wait. Such a bad service. Room cleanliness could also be improved. There were a few strands of hair on bed cover and bathroom

Comfortable and stylish...a home away from home

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and stylish. It provided everything we hoped for and went beyond our expectations.We were on the 35th floor and the view was spectacular. Staff were friendly and check-in and check -out was quick and efficient. The location was perfect with a 7-11 around the corner and two shopping malls within walking distance.

Cons: Nothing, everything was amazing. We had an enjoyable stay.

Value for money stay

Pros: Friendly staff and they were prompt at replying and rendering requests.

Cons: The bathroom needs a deep clean.
