Pros: Rooms where clean and nice the view from the room twin tower is expectional

Cons: No water for drinking and the support through phone for hotel facilities was very poor wifi wasnt working properly suddenly after complaining also never work the support from staffs can be better

Pros: The staff were friendly, professional & helpful. The room was clean, spacious well maintained & I appreciate the view. There is two Pools 8 & 48th floor both are clean and nice, if you like to captures the twins tower or some more famous buildings I prefer to try 48th charges only Rm 25 per pax you can enjoy pool with city view. Overall stay was pleasant, enjoyable & satisfactory. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone and will be stay again. The price is very reasonable and affordable compared to other hotels provided same facilities l.

Great Airbnb

Pros: Great location, good service,helpful staff especially Miss Lisa. I would like to give her 9 star. Recommend to everyone. This is the second time I visited, recommend to everyone.

Best and memorable stay with a view of Twin towers from our floor.

Pros: Best room and view.I could literally see Twin towers from our 35th floor and also you can see it from the Infinity pool.Just go for it guys.Rooms too are very spacious and neighbourhood is also good.Bust stop is very near.Also lot of shops in walking distance.

Second time stay. Amazing

Pros: This is the second time I am staying here and I found it exceptional. Very clean, spacious, amazing views, centrally located. I wish I stayed here longer. Michael, the manager is an amazing host and makes sure you have everything you need. I really cannot recommend it enough.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The property is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need. Strong WiFi. Very comfortable furniture. Great water pressure. Amazing views. The swimming pool is fantastic and there is a nice big park next door. The best part is the staff - very kind, understanding, helpful and flexible. I am a picky guest but could not be happier and plan to make it my base when in Kuala Lumpur. Before coming here, I read one (and the only) very negative review from a person and was a bit hesitant but I am so glad I came here. I really do not understand why this person felt the way she did.

Cozy, big space, good view.

Pros: We booked last minute but the price was a good deal. The staff was friendly and he waited for me, even though i was late for checkout.

Cons: There was a hair on the sheets.

Pros: My stay at this apartment was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to shopping centers and public transport. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable experience. The staff was also friendly and attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book again!
