Clean and tidy unit, next to KLCC

Pros: Unit was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Location was the best, next to KLCC and all the city centre excitement.

Cons: Check in instructions were not clear, we were told to call a person for check in but he didn't answer his phone. The security station was very helpful in the end. The aircon in the unit was not cold, it could not be adjusted and was 25c the whole night.

Pros: Very things are good except only 1 toilet. Another one, can I request to get an E-invoice?Thanks.

Excellent location. Spacious, clean apartment

Pros: This is a really lovely apartment set in a top Kuala Lumpur location. I would highly recommend it. It is minutes by foot to Petronas and next door to the Intercontinental. Spacious, clean apartments with a great pool and a gym on site. The cafe downstairs sells lovely food and has great staff. Loved my stay here.

Cons: A/C unit next to the bathroom is a bit noisy at night. That's all. Can't fault anything else and all. Perhaps the AC unit needs to be tweaked so it's not so noisy.

Pros: Love the location. It is situated few blocks from the Petronas Twin Tower and nearby shops and stops for transportation. Perfect location I can say. Staff we're very friendly and always smiling to greet us whenever we pass the lobby.

Cons: Only thing is the bedit for both toilet are not functional.

Pros: All facilities are best.. The place is near to public transport, can see KLCC view.. Overall is nice, good and satisfied..

I enjoyed my stay and the apartment was ideally located to give easy access to KL city centre

Pros: Location was excellent, very close to the multitude of food courts, shopping malls, the KLCC park and of course the iconic Petronas twin towers.

Otherwise, quite a wonderful home stay experience for our family.

Pros: Fairly well furnished. I recall the place having no microwave and dish drying tray. Tidy and clean. We are a small family but the property accommodates a huge family.

Cons: WhatsApp is needed for contact to initiate checkin. check-in procedure need to engage a caretaker, which in all contact instances seem to be always busy. We were, in the end, instead referred to the front desk security for check-in. By the way, they performed also the checkout by refunding the cash deposit. Yes, deposit payment is required up-front, if not done via digital means. Locals with Malaysian banking account can pay digitally. Credit cards are not accepted. International visitors might be able to use WISE transfer, but guess what complications the refund would just involve.

Pros: During our stay, we accidentally burn the duvet cover. Contact the host via message to report the incidents. The host charges us a reasonable price. I will definitely book Binjai 8 if we come to Kuala Lumpur again.

Cons: No microwave

Pros: The location is great. Close to important things as well as transportation

Perfect stay in KL with metro access

Pros: The location is so central, right beside the metro station and Hotel Interncontinental. Across the main intersection is the mall with food court. Property itself has coffee shop and convenience store as well.

Cons: there is no microwave in the property, although it is stated in the list of equipment.
