Pros: The view from the 38th floor was absolutely breathtaking, and the location inside Berjaya Times Square mall couldn't be more convenient. Everything we needed was right at our doorstep, and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It's truly an amazing place to stay.

Cons: The push shower in the bathroom wasn't working properly, which was quite inconvenient. However, they did have a bidet in the washroom. Another minor inconvenience was that the room lock took longer than expected to open, and I believe it needs to be fixed. Despite these small hiccups, I must say that everything else about the apartment was top-notch.
