Pros: A beautiful apartment in a magnificent residence with a superb swimming pool and an extraordinary view. The apartment is spacious and ideally located in the heart of the city. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. All of this for an incredible price. Go there with your eyes closed!”

Pros: - The admin (Abdur Rahman Seyam) was very helpful and responsive. - Excellent location with easy access to eateries and shopping, as it is located within the Berjaya Times Square building. - The room was spacious.

Cons: - There is no reception area for check-in and check-out, so guests need to rely fully on the admin. - While I was sleeping, a housekeeping staff member opened my room door to ask if I needed room service or water. There was no “Do Not Disturb” tag provided, and the additional room lock / manual lock was not functioning (photo), which made the situation uncomfortable. - I was required to change rooms on the second day, and an air-conditioning repair was carried out while I was still in the room. - These interruptions were quite tiring, especially as I had a packed meeting schedule.
