everything is nice just need to improve on cleanliness.

Pros: good location. near to sogo, klcc, jalan tar and lrt station. so nice cause it is beside quill city mall. nice staff, easy to deal with.

Cons: need to improve on cleanliness cause during check in there is still plenty of rubbish inside. leftover drinks inside fridge and got stain on the matress.

This apartment is a hidden Gem, Even ppl as picky like us , we truly enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Pros 1) instructions to the car park are easy & free parking. 2) sound proof walls, enjoy very good sleep. 3) the washing machine comes with a dryer. Plus point 4 ) the security of this apartment is excellent as guests can only access their own level, level 6 facilities & level 2 linking to mall & MRT access. 5 ) The room is spacious for 4 of us, extra beds are allowed upon request. 6 ) Deposit is reimbursed on the spot upon check out. 7) Extra car park & beds are allowed upon request with charges. 8) The price rate of the apartment is superb. 9) The location of the apartment is strategic & it's not direct facing highway or heavy traffic ! That's very rare in KL. Personal thanks to the host for allowing us to change the dates last minute without extra charges even though I call him midnight as we faced an emergency at JB & need to postpone a day later to check in. Kudos !!

Cons: 1) Please improve the cleaning service as it's quite dusty and the bathroom is not properly clean. 2) The check in experience is a bit shocking as it's not handled at the registration counter instead it's by a Bangladesh worker. 3) It will be perfect if the water filter is provided. 4) Pillows are too soft

Pros: I stayed Quill residence the room is very clean and comfortable.and the provide lot of thinks. host give me top floor room nice city view. Staff joy very friendly and helpful I really happy with service.thanks for everything specially host joy.
