i’m satisfied with everything about this airbnb :)

Pros: OMG, i can say.. i’m more than satisfied with this airbnb. from the facilities to the staff, they’re all good.. superb. big thanks for everyone involved.. my convocation trip went well.❣️

Cons: nothing much.. it’s just that a lot of time wasted on waiting for an elevator, but it is still understandable.

Pros: Friendly staff & good assist which they will create a group whatsapp to follow up on anything.

Cons: Nothing. All good.

A really comfortable place in a good location

Pros: A quiet place, really good location. The furniture was new and good. Room was very clean, there were no insects. There is a trade center nearby and also a lot of inexpensive diners for all tastes. Not far from KLCC too. Swimming pool and gym were really good too. A manager is really nice and responsive.

Cons: The bed was making creaking noises.

Pros: It was a nice room at the 23A floor. It had everything we needed, water filtration system, fridge, microwave, washer&dryer, a dining table and a little sofa. The building has a gym and a pool. They had a group chat on whatsapp that responded to our requests rapidly.

Cons: You get the occasional roach crawling out of the drains. Slow drainage, you risk flooding the bathroom if you stay in the shower longer. They asked for a cash deposit 50e or 200rm that they refunded after inspecting the room when we left.

Pros: A very beautiful apartment not too far from the city center for a good price. The company’s staff was always available on WhatsApp and helped solve issues, for example, they changed my door password at 2 a.m. because I couldn’t get into the room after New Year’s celebrations. I was very confused when they asked for a security deposit before check-in; my wife convinced me that it was a scam. But it turned out not to be a scam—the apartment was real and is one of the best you can rent for this price in Kuala Lumpur. The Petronas Towers were visible from the window.

Pros: The studio was as what was pictured and promised! There's a water filter in the unit itself, so you don't have to worry about drinking any water straight out of the tap. Also, the room is very clean, with a good view. There's a washing machine and dryer in the toilet, so it really saves a lot of my time. Staffs were really responsive to my queries and was very helpful.

Cons: Downside is, booking stated there will be a TV in the unit. However, upon arriving, there was only a projector screen, with an android tv installed. However, there were no channels to watch, and the netflix log-in doesn't work!

Pros: Everything was great, very good value for money, very good communication: I got added to a WhatsApp Group with 6 numbers of Unimax employees designed specifically for my stay. I think this is a great way of communication because everytime I got a question, it was answered within 5 minutes. Special thanks to Jason and Theresa!

Nice place, worth

Pros: The room is exactly same with photo, it is clean, and staff reply message very fast and friendly, location is good

Cons: No free parking, have to paid, but the price for parking is acceptable

Aesthetic,worth the money, and good host

Pros: Everything was nice NICE! 10/10 would recommend.The room, which looked exactly from the picture.The checkin process was smooth,clear instructions via WhatsApp, and fast responses from the team.The area is near sunway mall and lrt so it's easy to go around KL.I dont know about others, but this place is totally worth the buck!
