Avoid level 20-07.. many cockroach

Pros: I really loves how it close to mrt and the place has good view.

Cons: First.. they allocate me at level 20 room 7.. too many cockroach i think total more than 10 on the dining table.. in the thermos.. in the fridge and toilet.. i request to change and luckily the change to new room. The new room clean and i enjoy stay there.. Honestly will repeat again just i will not accept room 20-07.. the male staff they also kinda rude i think.. the staff girl is the best

It was wonderful and worth it

Pros: breakfast was not provided by the hotel, however there are a lot of food spots nearby, within 2 min walk including Khan Foods (Pakistani foods), KFC etc money exchange was just opposite side of the road grocery stores like 7-eleven, 99-Pasar and KK for all the daily groceries hotel studio room also included laundry machine which was a bliss for me as my kids are under 10 years old and daily laundry was necessary for us Rooms are clean, with good view of KL city, other amenities include gym, kids play area, swimming pool, 8 ball pool and foosball my kids loved it too.

Pros: All of it, spacious, comfy, very cold ac, can cook & wash clothes & location is city centre.

Cons: A lil bit of cleaning will do & additional casserole.

Cons: For me not so much. I'll stay at 19 floor Only the door to attach lift is noisy,.. Maintenance can fix it very well. That all for me.. Everything good and Im happy fell save to stay there. Thanks

Pros: Really enjoyed my stay! Room was clean, bed was comfy, and staff were nice.

Pros: Near to sunway putra mall (6 mins walk), restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Room very clean and big. Check in was a bit slow cos only one person at the reception but still went smooth except for issue with room security lock which was solved quickly. Was worried about room cleanliness and reviews about pests but think those reviews were for another management (M*ple), which also has rooms in the Chambers Residence. Great view of the twin towers. Roam management has definitely exceeded my expectations and it was a great stay although it was just a stopover.

Cons: Maybe can add a bathtub in the room.

Pros: Facilities are comprehensive: the rooms are clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing; pool/gym facilities are new. Catering is excellent: breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes including local specialties.”

Pros: The room and services was exceeded my expectations as a work traveler. Pros: Very clean and nice smell unit..with complete equipment for simple cooked..they provide coffee set..with water filter...cool aircond.. This is our second stay..will come again..tq

Pros: Love the room, spacious and peaceful. The interior consept minimalist and nature. Nice and clean. Very comfy bed and sofa as well. The view from room, keep me cool and healing.
