Pros: The room was spacious and clean and well-equipped; it was essentially a full-sized studio apartment with a kitchentte and washing machine.

Cons: Complimentary housekeeping was only available upon request once during the stay, which was not a problem for me but was not disclosed. Bathroom was a little small and dingy. I did not find the location to be super central - most attractions were a commute away and the Petronas Twin Towers was a sizeable walk away.

A little tired with the decor but good value for money.

Pros: Good location and second time I have stayed in the building.

Cons: It could do with some freshening up with new paint and a squeegee to mop the shower floor as the water goes everywhere.

Pros: I liked how close the property was to the Petronas Twin Towers and the Bukit Nanas Monorail station. This made it easier to travel on foot in KLCC and use the monorail to other destinations. The room was clean and all facilities were in good working order

Pros: The property was nice and spacious, with a nice balcony view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The layout of the property was very nice, although a studio, it felt like you could actually host more people in.

Cons: When checking in the staff member was very difficult to talk to. I was staying in another property within the same proximity, and asked if early check in was possible. I got a response but didnt get an answer. I went down to check in and they said they’ll hold onto my stuff and Give me a message when i am ready to check in. I decided to explore KL until i get a message…I got no message telling me the room is ready. I came back to check in hours later and they said my room is ready but i got no apology after talking to the same guy about checking in, he just replied “okay”.

It was a clean n good environment to stay!

Pros: I really liked the view n the parking of the property. The washing machine, microwave & smart tv was a hit! Fast internet as well!

Cons: The bed was actually not good. Its a wooden bed frame n couldnt sleep properly as the bed frame kept moving n the bed itself was on the harder side.
