Great location & lovely stay

Pros: We had a great stay here. The location is excellent, with an underground link to Pavilion and very close to both the MRT and monorail, making it super easy to get around KL. Check-in was smooth, with clear instructions sent via WhatsApp. We also arranged for a birthday decoration in the living room, and my son (the birthday boy) was truly surprised and amazed — it made our stay extra special. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Love the japanese theme, me and my friends had fun with the tea set, cosplaying as our fav anime characters and wore the yukata and kimonos. Also great location, basically at the centre of everything. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. You just need to bring your toothpaste and toothbrush because all of the toiletries are provided including the face cotton. The place is well maintained, clean. Its a good bargain. Easy check in and check out too.

Cons: This is probably an optional thing but I would wish the decorations are inside the bedroom as well and the yukata are missing the strings to tie around your waist? You need to use a pin to keep the yukata in place but overall its not an issue.

Pros: Location is super convenient! If you here for shopping at pavilion, this is definitely a perfect location to stay. ! Apartment inside is clean and bright and nice. Very spacious! Check in is smooth and Janice is very nice and prompt reply.

Cons: The lobby is a bit messy, lots of different people.. The drop of point at the grand Harbour Restaurant only open after 10am.. Causing very troublesome to check out for our transport to pick up.

Pros: Room has double bed with a long sofa. Very spacious and nice theme.

Cons: Microwave not working (not heating up). No tv in the living room & one of the room. Water pressure not strong enough.

Pros: The location is great if you want to explore Bukit Bintang and the areas around it. The place is clean and cozy. The decoration is nice. They have everything you need. Host gave detailed instructions. I would definitely come back and try out other themes just for fun!
